Caruso has recently joined our firm’s life science and biotech practice group.  John brings extensive experience in the counseling and drafting of patents, business development strategy and regulatory affairs in the drug delivery, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries, including academic, healthcare and life science entities.  Furthermore, John has been an advisor for FDA, privacy, and compliance matters, as well as chief negotiator of pre-clinical research, MTA, technology transfer, sponsored research, data use, clinical trial, and vendor contracts.   Please join me in welcoming John to our firm jcaruso@ogpip.com
